All payments are due three weeks prior to the scheduled class date. Your spot will be reserved once all monies are received. If your educator must cancel the class for any reason you will be entitled to a full refund of all course payments. Should you choose not to participate after your payment and registration has been received, the refund policy is as follows: If cancelling your class more than 2 weeks prior to the class you are entitled to a full refund of all course costs. If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours prior to class, or you are a no show, you are not entitled to any refund of the course. Kits are non-refundable. The educator will provide beds and all other materials needed for your certification day. Each participant is responsible to have a model who will need to be makeup free and fully available for the entire afternoon of the course. By signing this form, you agree to attend the scheduled Classic, Volume or Combined Course. You also agree to and understand the cancellation and refund policy. Furthermore, by signing this form you understand that Shimmy Jay Training Academy or his/her affiliates cannot be held responsible for any injury or damage inflicted on you or your clients by proper or improper application or use of the tools and/or products supplied by your educator today and forevermore.
